What does a great Cyber Risk Manager do?

The Cyber Risk Manager is an integral part of Global Cyber Security Services Information Risk Management organization.? Cyber Risk Managers are trusted advisors that translate the requirements to be secure, vigilant, and resilient in line with the cyber risk appetite of Fiserv to the business and technology teams they support.

As a Cyber Risk Manager you will:

+ Be responsible for the identification, analysis, documentation, communication, and monitoring of individual information security risks for the purpose of driving accountable leaders to effectively remediate information security risks.

+ Aid business and technology teams in achieving growth, innovation, and performance goals through proactive management of their associated information security risks

+ Aid business and technology teams to drive implementation of Fiserv’s required cyber security initiatives

+ Evaluate information technology controls effectiveness and identify gaps with respect to Fiserv’s cyber security policies and standards

+ Assess emerging information technology trends and threats to determine impacts

+ Influence business and technology owners to prioritize and align resources to reduce information security risks to an acceptable level

+ Partner with business and technology owners to develop treatment plans that meet mitigation requirements

+ Provide information technology risk-based guidance

+ Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking, and logical structuring skills

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

+ BA/BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business

+ 5+ years of information security or cyber security risk management experience

+ Have ability to offer multiple ways of attacking a problem and, in the process, demonstrate that he/she can take both ownership of and responsibility for it

+ Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and even turbulent environment. Comfortable with the context and content of the Payments industry and cyber security domains

+ Ability to influence decision makers and gain consensus on difficult issues

+ Must possess superb communication skills, with the knack for being able to “read between the lines”

+ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision and direction

+ Intermediate?to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite

+ Excellent collaboration skills to effectively partner with his/her business units, teammates, and other supporting teams across the organization

+ Skilled multi-tasker who demonstrates effective time management skills to manage shifting priorities while delivering day to day cyber security guidance and support ?

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

+ Certifications such as:? CISSP, CISM, or CISA

+ Experience using a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform such as Archer?
