Job Description

The Senior Account Manager Position is responsible for leading the Account Management team in delivering exceptional customer account service for all clients by effectively managing contractual processes and procedures.  

Essential Job Functions

  • Represent AMS in all communications with the client in a professional manner.
  • Project Manage the Client Transition Process for new client onboarding.
  • Coordinate all client service activities throughout operational function areas, i.e.: production, receiving, shipping, IT etc.
  • Assist in scheduling regular inventory synch with clients and managing the process.
  • Partner with operations management staff to implement client programs and processes on behalf of the client’s needs.
  • Supervise other client service and administrative staff assigned.
  • Keep client service team trained and manage HR paperwork
  • Audit Paycom data for billing accuracy.
  • Fee schedule review, execution, and client invoicing and audit
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with clients and operational team
  • Schedule quarterly meetings with clients, prepare and present the agenda
  • Review RPH reports and understand individual client Pro Forma’s
  • Back up Account Managers when needed
  • Review and research areas for process improvement to assure client satisfaction
  • Assess up sell opportunities for discussion with Director of Client Services
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with clients and operational team
