Job Description


This role will be responsible for successfully delivering best-in-class digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed customer expectations and business goals. They will be responsible for monitoring results for trends, issues, and opportunities to improve the customer experience. They will also need to be able to work effectively and lead discussions with cross-functional internal and external teams as well as agency partners.


+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ 3-5 years experience in a marketing role or related field preferred

+ Background/experience in marketing preferred

+ Strong project management and organization skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines

Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:

+ Be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail

+ Lead and function effectively in a matrix organization

+ Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership potential

+ Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
