Gym Manager The Gym Manager is personally responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members within the facility, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place®”. Building the club’s business by meeting with new prospective members and engaging with the community are key to your success in this position. What we offer: * Base salary plus bonus for club performance * Medical and Vacation * Future career opportunities within multiple Anytime Fitness locations * Responsibilities: * Oversight of the entire club membership base including operational and financial responsibilities, back-end reporting and management of member needClub Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations including but not limited to the following; * *Membership sales * *Scheduling fitness consultations *Product Sales *Answering phone questions *Checking email and phone messages *Cleaning the facility *Marketing *Accounting duties that may be asked of you to do. Bank deposits, etc *Minor maintenance of machines *Interacting with members *All aspects of Member retention *Supervising other employees *Overseeing Personal Training and Group Exercise programs *Informing owner of any potential problem with operations or equipment *Reconciling and depositing money into the Anytime Fitness account *Club Culture * Events and event coordination *Alarms and alarm calls * Cleaning and up keep of the gym. Must have very high standards * *Travel such as to Conference, Vitals, Franchisee Training, Any other as dictated by the Owners/business needs * All other duties as assigned * Qualifications: * Outgoing self motivated “people person” who can stay on task and manage multiple job functions seamlessly. * Previous experience with fitness club management software (Club O/S, apps like My Fitness Pal all a plus) * Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are a must, along with a top-tier customer service approach to conducting business * Past sales skills a plus and a desire to build a business to success in an entrepreneurial environmenT * All other duties as assigned
