Manager, Agile Delivery Lead (Remote Eligible)
In this Agile Delivery Lead role, you will ensure delivery success of the Capital One Cyber Teams and Services.This will be accomplished by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The teams have varying levels of Agile maturity, so it will be incumbent for this Agile Delivery Lead to coach the teams, focus on continuous improvement, while also focusing on delivery of value.
Ensures team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous delivery
Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress. This will be accomplished with support from the Agile Delivery Lead in the form of establishing the appropriate ceremonies for the Cyber Service Area as a whole
Be well managed - understand and coach the team on delivery controls, compliance to minimize operational, and reputational risk
Understands the teams, Value Stream and Service supported, and is capable of identifying upstream and downstream dependencies
Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
Integrates Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work products
Coaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritization
Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
Innovates with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery
Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
Developing ability to act as an Agile mentor and coach to team-members within the Value Stream and Service Area as a Agile force-multiplier
Agile and Technical Learning: Actively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training, and independent study to further develop self and community

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of Agile experience
2+ years of experience with Jira
6+ years of Agile experience
Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP certification, or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
Lean or Agile certification
SAFe certified or SAFe experience
