Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA - Home Health Aide:
Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be healthcare related)
Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board (proof of 75 hrs or more)
Current CNA license in good standing
HHA certification course available if you do not have certification
Job Responsibilities for HHA - Home Health Aides:
Activities of daily living
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
