The Corporate Restructuring group is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate (class of 2014-2018) with experience representing debtors, creditors, and other parties-in-interest in structuring and litigation acquisitions, out-of-court workouts, and prepackaged and traditional Chapter 11 cases.
