The Position: We’re looking for Warehouse Specialist located in our New Castle DE market. The pay we’re offering starts at $15 an hour, depending on experience. Candidate must pass a Drug/Alcohol Test and Criminal Background Check.
Basic Functions: To assist in preparing goods for packaging, assembly and distribution.Candidates must be highly motivated to achieve both team and personal goals.

Responsibilities:
Review and understand work job order specifications and instructions with management prior to the beginning project
Stay within target time range for assigned work
Package and wrap goods for appropriate shipment on a daily basis.
Assemble goods into containers, place on palettes and assemble orders according to proper locations.
Wrap palettes with plastic wrap and label accordingly
Operate forklift, hand truck, palette and electric jack as needed.
Load and unload truck according to domestic and international containerized shipments.
Daily receiving and stocking of all inbound product.
Maintain cleanliness and assure proper functioning of trucks.
Quality control of furniture. Report any repairs to management as they occur.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/ or safety procedures.
Qualification/Skills
Able to lift up to 75 pounds
Problem solving ability
Written and oral communication
Planning and organization skills
Experience helpful, will train right person.
