ChristianaCare, headquartered in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a full-time BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic and expanding Pediatric Behavioral Health team. This psychiatrist will support our 20 School-Based Wellness Centers as a connector into our Outpatient Psychiatry practices located in the Wilmington and Christiana Hospitals. The practices are located within close proximity to each other.
100% outpatient position with flexible hours.
Close collaboration with group of child psychologist, child therapists, case managers to provide multi-disciplinary care to children.
Opportunity to participate in psychiatry residency program, Supervision and mentoring of residents , participate in broad array of scholarly activities, lectures/ teaching to residents , participation in journal clubs and interdisciplinary teaching to team members.
Excellent work life balance with 1:8 call schedule and generous weekend call pay in addition to base salary and annual incentive bonus.
