Process Skills:
* Monitor Scrum process and meetings to increase team efficiency, advocate for self-organization, and encourage
problem solving
* Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies
* Assemble and coordinate project staff
* Plan and schedule project time-lines
* Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
* Conduct accurate capacity planning
* Guide, coach and motivate the team, leading by example, with the goal of increasing productivity
* Oversee and manage scope, time-line, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
* Create a team environment that is open, non-judgmental, and trustworthy, while emphasizing problem solving
* Protect scrum team from outside interference during a sprint
* Remove impediments or guide team on how to remove impediments
* Assess team maturity and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
* Report on team progress each sprint through defined metrics
