Application support role focused on Infrastructure Capacity. Monitors KPI's for critical applications and responds to threshold breaches or anomalies. Partners with RE and AD teams to deep dive into capacity risks and recommended remediation plans.

  • MUST HAVE: Trouble shooting, problem solving, monitoring tools, understanding/knowledge of infrastructure KPIs like CPU and Memory
  • Nice to have: experience with creating dashboards or visuals for reports as a developer (pulling info from existing tables in PowerBI – similar to tableau -), elevated communication skills (communicating with executives)
  • Current tools using: PowerBI, Dynatrace, Splunk. These specific tools aren’t required, the understanding of configuring information is more important
