Position Summary

The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrative support for our Primary Care and Specialty practices across our Tidal Health Network including, Salisbury, MD, Berlin/Ocean Pines, MD, Seaford, DE and points in between. The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients as well as check in and check out. This includes but is not limited to verification and maintenance of all patient information including identification, insurance and financial info. The Patient Service Representative also coordinates patient communication with required staff under the direct supervision of the office supervisor/manager. Reliable transportation is required.
