Job Description
Acara Solutions is looking for an Biological/Chemical Operator for our Client located in Newark, DE
Sets up and operates a defined and limited laboratory or machine environment, including equipment relevant for production.
Analyzes materials and ingredients.
Set up, mix, receive, store, deliver and dispense production chemicals.
Performs the prescribed chemical or biological procedures, in production environment.
Ensures adherence to established internal rules and guidelines, and to EHS standards.
Takes protocols and store in appropriate files.
May contribute to implement new testing, mixing procedures.
Works independently in a team of equally qualified chemical assistants.
Operates a defined number of related specialized machines and equipment, which may include prescribed CNC programming (i.e. setting parameter) to set up the machines for production program.
Pay and Benefits:
The Salary for this position is $ 15.00 per hour(Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year experience as Biological/Chemical Operator
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Incumbent needs to have certain degree of theoretical knowledge and procedural understanding to operate in qualified assembly processes, which includes effective usage of a number of tools and machines during during assembly process.
Assembly process however still repetitive and routine.
