DE - Administrative Clerk/Receptionist

Location: Bear, DEDepartment: Human Resources (HR) Reports To: DC HR Manager
Your Role: Work closely with the DC HR Manager and administrative team to support the hiring process, company benefits administration, company programs and other special projects, as needed.
Maintains ongoing databases of current employees, training hours, etc.
Assists in the hiring process by scheduling interviews and pre-employment testing, as well as administering reference checks and background checks
Prepare billing invoices
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Answer multi line phone system, greet, sign in and announce visitors professionally.
Updates and maintains applicant tracking system data
Provides ongoing clerical support for DC Management personnel
Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
Involves environment of sitting for extended periods of time and performing data entry
Hours are from 9:30am to to 6pm - Monday thru Friday
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)
Strong organization skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
