Responsibilities

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full-cycle Workday implementations. The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes. This candidate will also help build our Workday practice by leading a team of data conversion consultants. They will work with Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.

Qualifications

Active Workday Certification through Workday Partner 5+ years of consulting experience 4+ full cycle Workday implementations in a Data Conversion Leadership role 3+ years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience Preferred: Workday Prism experience / certification Strong reporting / analytics / BI experience

Additional Requirements

+ The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

Compensation for this role is $130K – $150K but may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location. Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours. This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
