The Human Health Division (HH) continues to transform, driven by an effort to shape our company’s future by building or enhancing core commercial capabilities to drive business results.

In order to execute the strategy of being more adaptive and responsive to changing market needs and to establish ourselves as a leader in the eyes of our customers, the US Market has identified a need to accelerate and prioritize Commercial Model Innovation through the development, installation, prioritization and realization of key capabilities that will allow us to deliver a personalized customer experience and drive performance.

Across the US Market, the development of these capabilities happens in parallel, across business lines and functional areas. To achieve our US Market aspiration to “deliver best experiences to customers and life-changing impact to patients” and to mitigate the risk of innovating in silos, the Transformation Integration Director, will be accountable for leading the prioritization of our Transformation Initiatives and accelerating change.

This leader will also manage risks, dependencies and and formulate an overarching change plan across the US market, to inspire and accelerate a culture of innovation that enables a differentiated customer experience.

Primary Accountabilities:

+ Leads and executes a single, centralized transformation & change plan that prioritizes and accelerates progress to deliver the greatest financial impact

+ Frames prioritization and risks of in-flight portfolio of innovation work for and with the US Market Leadership Team

+ Ensures initiative-level adoption through the implementation of change practices and standards

+ Leads and manages teams to inspire and advance innovation and ensure rapid adoption across the US Market transformation portfolio

+ Leads strategy development – ability to move from conceptual ‘white space’ design to strategy execution across the US Market across all phases of strategy lifecycle (Define, Design, Detailed Design, Build, Pilot, Launch, Realize)

+ Builds strong, open, and collaborative working relationships amongst leadership, peers, and enabling teams, within and outside the organization

+ Leverages new ways of working to promote innovative design & implementation efforts (i.e. Scrum, Kanban)

Success Metrics:

+ Incremental Financial impact of trade-off choices, realized annually via US Market transformation portfolio

+ US Market Employee change sentiment (employee experience)

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirement:

+ Bachelor’s Degree, required

+ Master’s Degree, preferred

Required Experience and Skills:

+ Direct customer experience (i.e. Sales, Marketing)

+ Established business owner (i.e. P&L, Financial trade-offs)

+ Minimum of 10+ years of related Industry Experience

+ Minimum 5+ years Transformation or Strategic Planning Experience

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives

+ Established People Manager with ability to lead a large organization

+ Demonstrated Change Management experience or a combination of professional certification(s)

+ Demonstrated experience executing comprehensive transformational change plans across a broad group of stakeholders/functions (HQ, field, COEs, strategic partners, executive sponsors, etc.) to work collaboratively and achieve success

+ Comfortable working in white space and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

+ Experience working with external vendors to execute on transformational projects

+ Strong executive presence and communication skills

+ Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and application in all job-related functions

Preferred Experience and Skills:

+ Breadth of commercial experience across Brand Marketing, Sales and Operations

+ Demonstrable Agile experience or a combination of professional certification(s) along with that experience, including Agile scaling

+ Knowledgeable in systems thinking, design thinking and organizational behavior

+ Commercial Oncology experience
