Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Fill/Pack Operator for our client located in Newark, DE
Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
Inspect and package finished product.
Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
Comply with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA.
Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
Pay and Benefits

The Salary for this position is $16.48 per hour (Max Pay rate).


Required Skills / Qualifications:
At least a High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Fill/Pack Operator.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
FDA Regulated Facility
Production/Manufacturing environment
Manufacturing equipment operation
Good Documentation Practices
Good manufacturing practices
PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Problem Solving and troubleshooting
Desire to learn new processes / function
Interpersonal Skills
Communicator
Team player.
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
Position need the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and safety shoes.
PPE will be provided by client.
Individuals be needed to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Position neeed lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Based on business needs individuals be needed to work overtime or may be asked to modify their work hours.
