TITLE: Sr. Manager, Loyalty Analytics
Duties: Analyze data to deliver actionable insights to help portfolio and marketing strategies. Produce analyses and recommendations to drive understanding of existing customer performance. Present findings from analyses and make recommendations to leadership. Measure and assess the effectiveness of investments and processes using data analysis. Complete analysis utilizing P&L items and other KPIs to identify opportunities to optimize profit and customer experience. Assist in the development of Business Cases using a combination of analytical insights, segmentation techniques, market intelligence, internal and external data sources. Extract data from multiple sources and perform complex analysis covering various aspects of credit card and customer experience. Identify new data sources, segments and explore usage of new models and segmentation to further optimize and grow customer engagement and improve customer experience.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
LOCATION: 300 Continental Drive, Newark, DE 19713
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a closely related field of study and five (5) years of experience in analytics, or closely related occupation. Master’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a closely related field of study and three (3) years of experience in analytics, or closely related occupation. Also requires at least 2 years of experience in the following:
· SAS, SQL, VBA, Office Suite (including advance Excel);
· Customer engagement strategies;
· Unsecured lending products like credit cards; and
· Bureau attributes.
