Your Role as the Manufacturing Engineer
In this Manufacturing Engineer role, you will lead the review, correction, and creation of mechanical drawings of parts and sub-assemblies. You will support quality initiatives and apply your problem-solving methodology to identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve drawing and documentation issues. Responsibilities include:
Maintain manufacturing design for products to include drawings, specs, and documents
Manage engineering changes for products
Ensure that manufacturing processes meet internal and external standards
Participate in R&D projects
Ensure production team are trained as a result of methods and fixture changes
Develop visual aids for production
Conduct process analysis
Standardize processes and procedures
Implement LEAN processes
Background Profile
Expertise in all aspects of manufacturing engineering
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
Knowledge of failure analysis and system documentation
Advanced experience in MS office, ERP systems, and LEAN processes
Strong electromechanical, technical, and fabrication knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline
