VP - Marketing Strategy Lead (Emerging Channels)

Job Description

This person, as the subject matter expert & marketing champion, will be responsible for the day to day strategy, development, planning, and execution of new digital distribution channels. This includes working with cross functional teams to drive planning, contracting with agency or supply side platforms, targeting strategy, campaign planning and testing discipline to launch/expand/innovate the channel. Also, this candidate will lead the tracking and reviewing performance to generate recommendations based on learnings, best practices and the competitive landscape. The successful candidate will support profitability analysis on card portfolios to define appropriate level of investment and manage the channel roadmap for growth.

As new channels of distribution are brought to market, candidate will lead a team of up to 4 members responsible for testing, scaling and ultimately profitably optimizing these channels.


+ – Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred

+ – 7+ years relevant work experience, particularly with Social, Addressable TV & other digital marketing channels

+ -Strong mix of analytical, channel strategy and marketing skills

+ Previous experience as a people leader strongly preferred

+ Strong business acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
