Job Description

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Software Engineer in Wilmington, DE.

Job Duties: 

Participate in product backlog refinement sessions to understand the applications requirement gathering, analysis and specifications. Participate in real time event streams integration programming. Participate in real time data workflow design and implementation. Perform application configuration, installation, maintenance, customization, deployment, migration, integration, and administration. Perform the application end to end testing. Pair programming with the other team members.  Perform public cloud integration design discussion with various J.P. Morgan & Chase teams. Coordinate with the teams located in multiple geographical locations. Perform implementation of Test case and generating report to meet the CI (Continuous Integration) framework and meeting to adhere the development build rule. Perform quality assurance and risk assessment, including systems backup and disaster recovery and ensuring performance enhancement.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements: 

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Technical Architect, IT Associate/Consultant, or related occupation.

Skill Requirements: 

Requires experience in the following: Apache Tomcat; Cucumber; GIT; Hibernate; J2EE; Java; Jenkins; JSON; Maven; Microservices; Oracle; Spring; SQL; SVN; UNIX; and XML.
