It is vital that a potential candidate for this Administrative Assistant position have two years of experience in this field or equivalent office support experience. Along with a high level of professionalism and integrity, this candidate should also prioritize tasks and pay close attention to detail to meet crucial timelines. Other critical duties include:

Work independently to perform administrative assignments.

Plan, coordinate, and schedule appointments.

Process requests for certificates of insurance.

Coordinate vendor qualification paperwork.

Prepare different modes of communication.

Prioritize telephone calls, letters, and in person visitors.

Use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
