This is a strategic and Technical hands-on role that works across technology delivery teams to set direction, provides problem solving advice to Software Engineers, partners with Architecture on designs and influences and educates Product and Technical leadership on technical questions / solutions. This role is Accountable for complex delivery; provide thought leadership in building enterprise solutions working closely with Architecture and Engineering teams.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
+ Mastery of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
+ Command of architecture, design, and business processes
+ Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
+ Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
+ Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
+ Passionate about building an innovative culture
+ Experienced in modern programming languages to include the Java Stack, Springboot, and associated tools
+ Depth of experience in developing webservices
+ Recent experience in development of cloud based solutions, with particular emphasis on AWS
+ Documented success in enterprise-wide software modernization efforts.
+ Proven leadership abilities and and skills in influencing stakeholders and executive decision makers
