Contract Compliance Specialist is responsible for reviewing contracts to determine if the customer is compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract. Communicate the results of compliance testing to appropriate customer (Sales Rep, Lease Team member, pricing Administrations). Negotiate with and provide options to the sales representative to maintain original profitability on deal while retaining good customer relations for identified compliance issues.
Incumbent uses full range of business computer applications and portfolio analysis skills to research and track cases in progress. /the applications include order management system, profitability analysis, compliance, lease management databases and accounts receivable system. In addition, the incumbent must understand and apply concepts of lease financing to resolve end-of-term and default cases in a way that provides maximum financial benefit to the Company.
Teamwork plays a key role. This position requires highly developed communication skills, oral and written, system skills, business acumen, the ability to multi-task, working effectively in stressful situations, and successful leadership skills. Customer issues may be complex in nature and require critical thinking and good judgment to resolve. Incumbent must be detailed oriented.

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
Knowledge and Experience:
Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills. Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
