Located in Wilmington, Delaware, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a permanent role.

Major responsibilities

- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

- Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements – Comprehension of basic networking concepts

- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

- 2+ years of prior experience

- Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems

- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment

- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Proficiency in Citrix XenDesktop

- General familiarity with OpenText

- Microsoft Windows experience

- Desktop Hardware experience preferred

- Adeptness in Microsoft Office Suites

- Practical knowledge of Eclipse

- Legal knowledge experience highly preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of Imanage

- CaseMap experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of IPRO
