The Risk Third Party Services product is responsible for integration of Risk Third Party Data into a Data Service used to drive key credit and fraud risk decisions, models and analytics across the lifecycle of customers to maximize profit, manage risk and provide shareholder value through rapid deployment of risk strategies in a controlled environment.
As a Product Delivery Manager Vice President you will be responsible for enhancing business processes, documentation, and requirements to achieve product objectives. You will support the product delivery lifecycle spanning across multiple initiatives. This will include coordinating resource across one or more initiatives, monitoring progress (risks & issues), documenting business features, refining component level scope to support development and testing teams, and providing support to teams through execution and implementation. Many initiatives are high profile with significant bottom-line impact, highly complex, strategic in nature, and may span across multiple others products or lines of business.
This position requires the ability to come up to speed quickly on the business functionality of an array of inter-connected software components in order to deliver an ideal experience. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll interact with colleagues in various lines of business to learn about challenges and opportunities in an effort to translate insights into high-quality solutions. In addition to working with Technology partners to create new solutions, you’ll help optimize existing technology and identify new capabilities. While your role requires deep technological and business skills, it also hinges on teamwork and leadership. This position requires a strong self-starter who can proactively engage a virtual, cross organizational team without formal direction, and who has senior level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage Product Delivery activities for multiple mid-to-large initiatives or other process improvement initiatives through the entire product delivery lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers, Design, and initiative stakeholders to understand the business needs and define feature requirements.
+ Enable design driven work through translation of business and design requirements into tech and UAT executable scope.
+ Groom Business Features to a level of detail supporting development and testing partners needs while ensuring business expectations are achieved.
+ Research and analysis of capabilities in order to leverage and supplement them with new requirements.
+ Partner with appropriate teams to ensure requirements meet legal, control, and risk standards.
+ Componentize initiatives into executable Features/Epics/Stories that will deliver business value to a customer within established release trains
+ Establish, maintain and manage strategic business and IT relationships
+ Collect and store all required Business Analysis compliance artifacts for initiatives across the product delivery life cycle
Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Management preferably in business/technology projects at a financial institution.
+ Business/Product Analysis experience required, in-depth knowledge of technology platforms, architecture, and end-to-end systems preferred.
+ Experience working with and documenting requirements for diverse technological features
+ Experience in Agile Product Delivery is a must, preferable across multiple Agile frameworks
+ Experience in Data Management & Quality practices including executing a control framework
+ 3+ Years experience in data querying and/or data quality role(s)
+ Technical Expertise with querying tools such as SQL, Tableau, etc.
+ Proficient in JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Ability to remove obstacles and facilitate decision making among key stakeholders.
+ Excellent relationship and communication skills, highly collaborative – can build rapport and credibility
+ A demonstrated bias for action, creative problem-solving, and achieving fulfillment by “creating order out of chaos”
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
