Skills/ Qualifications

+ Analysis and Documentation: Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

+ Testing: experience in writing and executing test scenarios in partnership with end users.

+ Excellent communicator: strong presentation (oral and written) and influencing skills

+ Trusted partner: able to leverage subject matter expertise in driving solutions, and/or influencing decisions/direction with business, stakeholders and technology; ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required.

+ Investment Banking experience within a Markets environment preferred.

+ Ability to troubleshoot with strong analytical skills.

+ Ability to lead and work independently, operating effectively in a dynamic matrix environment with tight deadlines.

+ Skilled in MS office applications

+ Flexibility to work global hours and willing to travel if needed
