The C-Tech Copper Cabling
and Fiber Optic Networking National Industry Certification Program requires a fifth grade reading and math equivalent on the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). It does not require a high school diploma to complete or be placed. The program is a project based and will include both soft skills training and literacy math and reading for those who need it. The course is a hands on program that provides the skills and understanding required for entry level employment in the telecommunications connectivity field. Graduates will be well versed in all phases of installation and maintenance of copper cable and fiber optic networking systems, including data, voice and video for commercial and residential application.
