Description
This course is designed to prepare students for the Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA) certification.
Topics include:
Open Systems Interconnect (OSI) models, Transport
Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) models, dynamic routing, IP addressing and Access
Control List (ACL).
Students will have the opportunity to examine network protocols,
including Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
This
program is designed for students who want to take the first step in preparing for
a career in networking and current network engineers who need to increase their
value to employers and stay current with advances in networking. Students must be prescreened.
