This course provides students with the basic tools to succeed as a sales person within the new and used automotive sales industry. Students will be able to utilize various methods of obtaining specific products and parts knowledge to meet the customer’s needs. The student will learn critical sales, successful customer service techniques, standard processes and procedures, paperwork, and timelines for successful completion of sales.
Students will learn how to keep customers throughout the life of the vehicle and retain customers for additional sales. Students will also be assisted with internship opportunities with local businesses at the completion of the program. GED or High School Diploma required.
