The Manager, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Manager, Technology Solutions works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.

You will directly work with key business stakeholders to solve complex business problems and determine solution requirements by applying advanced technical knowledge. You will receive assignments in the form of business objectives and then determine the best approach, resources, technology, schedules and goals. You will act as a trusted liaison and collaborate with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions utilizing technologies such as IBM Business Automation Workflow, Business Process Designer, Integration Bus, Blueworks Live and Operational Decision Manager.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s degree

+ 6 or more years of technical

+ 2 or more years of management experience

+ Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes

+ Possess 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.

+ Experience with the following technologies:

+ IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

+ IBM Business Process Designer (BPD)

+ IBM Integration Designer (IID)

+ IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

+ IBM Blueworks Live

+ IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)

Additional Information

You will report to the Director, Technology Solutions for the Digital Channels and Contact Centers area and lead a team of approximately 35 highly skilled Technical Associates, Architects and Contractors both on-shore and off-shore. Come join us in reshaping Healthcare!
