Global Digital Marketing Specialist (Job Number: 213130W-01)
DuPont’s industry-leading Transportation & Industrial (T&I) business segment provides high-performance engineering resins, adhesives, lubricants and parts to engineers and designers in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial and consumer, and healthcare markets to enable material systems solutions for demanding applications and environments.
Reporting to the Global Digital Strategy Leader, the Global Digital Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of T&I’s digital marketing and communications campaigns and approaches designed to educate, inform, connect, and inspire customers, prospects, and employees across regions and functions.
The ideal candidate must be a dynamic digital marketer, able to develop and edit digital content across several channels. With a mindset that combines marketing, communications, analytics and publishing, the specialist will have proven success producing effective B2B content and engaging social communities, as well as success with CRM growth, list segmentation, email creation and compliance, workflow development, scoring model refinement, martech integration, reporting, and performance optimization. The candidate should also have the ability to write for different markets and audiences and to develop and measure email, demand generation, and multi-channel lead-nurturing campaigns through T&I’s marketing automation system (Eloqua) and other related systems (e.g. Adobe, GoToWebinar, SFDC).
Key Responsibilities and Activities:
+ Work with Global Digital Strategist Leader to develop cross-channel content strategy, email and marketing automation strategy, and editorial calendar, as well as to research, create, and edit content for core digital channels: websites and social media
+ Work closely with marketing communications leads to ensure consistent messaging and prioritized content development
+ Tell a compelling story through each landing page, email, case study, and social campaign
+ Copyedit web and social content to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
+ Partner with relevant social media channels for appropriate content programs
+ Maintain consistent brand and voice, adjusting tone and style for each audience
+ Oversee day-to-day management of content campaigns, email campaigns, automated sequences and social communities to ensure brand consistency
+ Monitor social media and email program progress and performance using various analytic tools, including Sprinklr, Adobe, and HotJar, Eloqua, Salesforce, among others
+ Write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites and social networks
+ Plan paid social advertising strategies and budgets, collaborate with agency partners
+ Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities, as well as ever-changing data privacy requirements, trends, and industry opportunities.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with regional, functional and business communications partners to align messaging and maximize engagement opportunities
+ Create, maintain, and grow CRM through demand generation campaigns (e.g. webinars) or data-compliant partnerships
+ Incorporate testing and optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
+ 5-10 years of B2B email, content marketing, marketingautomation and social media management experience
+ Experience with telling a story with words, images,and/or video and an understanding of how to create content that engages aspecific audience
+ Ability to think “customer first,” intuitivelyunderstanding what the audience needs to know and how/when/where they want toconsume it
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, alongwith extreme attention to detail, including an obsession with correct spelling,spacing, and punctuation
+ Experience with technologies and best practices for webdesign web production, and creative design across multiple platforms
+ Creative and thoughtful with strong powers of persuasionand presentation
+ Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) bestpractices
+ Experience with enterprise social media managementplatforms (e.g., Sprinklr) and enterprise content management systems (e.g.,Adobe AEM)
+ Knowledge of design via Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva,etc.
+ Experience integrating with enterprise CRM, e.g., Salesforce
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing,PR, or related field
