This is an intermediate level professional position responsible for preventative maintenance of the security infrastructure in network , application , information , and Endpoint security, advanced level troubleshooting in a level 3 capacity, and oversight of the performance monitoring and tuning processes. The position is also responsible for security application review/acceptance from applicable engineering teams and oversight of configuration assurance processes. Responsibilities : – Deploy and support governance tool use to evaluate firewall rules and host configuration. – Act as the subject matter expert in the CyberSecurity domain and act as technical lead for integration and operation team of supported products. – Take implementation accountability and ownership of assigned project tasks and ensure all objectives meet operational guidelines. – Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups – Partner across multiple department including Engineering, multiple operation teams, and Risk Management. – Provide recommendations to management for increasing effectiveness of organization and technology solutions. – Able to identify security deficiencies and deviations from established standards and policies, and provide effective solution to mitigate the risk. – Provide Quality Assurance. Qualifications : – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience – 5+ years Unix/Linux system admin experience or advance Unix/Linux skills. – 3+ years experiences on Application, Information, and endpoint Security domain. – Strong understanding of CyberSecurity concepts and technology. – Familiar with Vulnerability and Threat Management (VTM) in monitoring and assessment process. – Thorough understanding of enterprise security controls in AD/LDAP/SSO/TACACS/RADIUS. – Expert in Shell Scripting. – Experience with automation/configuration management. – Familiar with configuration and change management requirement and process – Ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple complex tasks – Excellent written and verbal communication skills This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
