THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will help drive the process of modernizing the telecom platform for DuPont’s global organization
Your key responsibilities:
+ Ensure IT/Business requirements are met and service quality maintained when introducing new products. Consider the cost effectiveness of proposed solutions.
+ Ensure that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements such as GDPR.
+ Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) solutions.
+ Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and implementations.
+ Provide deep specialist guidance, integration and support in your specific specialties.
+ Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation or Product Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
+ Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology, technical methods and methodologies.
+ Provide DuPont with technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
+ Participate in the development of and review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise
+ Work with IT/Business Innovation managers, Product managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure any solution within their specificities fits with strategic and technical direction.
+ Provide guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams.
Your qualification profile:
+ Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, System Analysis or a related study.
+ 7+ years of experience in IT and/or Business Environment experience.
+ 5+ years of experience in Voice/Collaboration and Conferencing solutions.
+ Proven expertise in the following areas/technologies
+ Enterprise voice,
+ SIP voice solutions including centralized trunking
+ Teams Direct Routing
+ Teams collaboration capabilities
+ Enterprise video conferencing using Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams.
+ Contact Center solutions
+ Avaya Phone solutions
+ Cisco video conferencing
+ Polycom endpoints
+ Expertise working with multiple, diverse technologies and services including TCOM/Network and Security.
+ Certifications or equivalent experience: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA/CCNP
+ Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
