2021 Supply Chain and Global Procurement Rotational Development Program (Job Number: LIM00001096)
We are looking for recent college graduates who have a passion for
delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that meet our customer needs for a
better, healthier, safer life to join our Supply Chain/Global Procurement Rotational
Program, (SCRP), which includes assignments in our Supply Chain (SC) and Global
Procurement (GP) organizations. We have a variety of meaningful positions
that provide opportunities for personal and professional development while
contributing to DuPont through implementing supply chain best practices,
driving competitively advantaged supply of materials and services, and
optimizing distribution networks.
Program duration is approximately 4-6 years in length consisting
of 2-3 assignments in different locations and/or business units. Opportunities
include, but are not limited to, the buying and implementation of various
commodity supply strategies, optimization of logistics networks, scheduling of
our assets, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain policies, processes
& systems. Qualified candidates should be 100% geographically flexible
throughout the US for the duration of the program. Rotation locations include,
but are not limited to Wilmington, DE; Richmond, VA; and various locations
throughout the mid-west.
The Supply Chain Rotational Program members will be provided the

Applicants must meet the following requirements in order to be
considered for these opportunities:
+ Havesuccessfully completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree program at anaccredited college or university in SupplyChain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business withrelevant experience or a related field
+ MinimumGPA of 3.0 preferred
+ Beavailable to start full-time employment in 2021
+ Havethe right to work in the U.S. without restriction
Preferred qualifications include the following:
+ Previouswork experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics,Engineering, Operations Management or related fields
