We are looking for an Associate Risk Analytics Director, who should be strong in Data Mining, Statistical Modeling, and analyzing large amounts of data. In addition, this person will:
+ Build Enterprise Risk Analytics and supporting strategies to solve business issues
+ Conduct periodic model validations to identify performance issues
+ Work in cross functional teams in Enterprise risk to solve business problems
+ Perform R&D on analytical topics as assigned with focus on business application
+ Solid hands on experience with data mining and statistical understanding of techniques as they apply to business analysis (inference, experimental design, sampling etc)
+ 4-6 years of performing business analysis by analyzing large amounts of data from diverse systems and integrating data from multiple systems to build analytics
+ 4-6 years of progressively responsible roles in financial services credit risk management & analytics driving informative risk/business decisions through deep dive analyses
+ Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science preferred
+ Sound knowledge of credit risk/portfolio management procedures and principles. Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems
+ Top-notch analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to understand complex problems, detect trends, and understand data to develop and formulate solutions
+ Experience with R or python preferred
+ Strong familiarity with Machine Learning models
+ 4+ years strong SAS experience required
