produces high performance Kalrez® seals in a discrete part manufacturing
environment in accordance with customer requirements. For more than 30
years, Kalrez® parts have demonstrated cost-effective solutions for
high-performance sealing applications. Primary markets are global
aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and transportation industries.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Sets-up, monitors and operatesmills, extruders, presses, etc. ensuring quality and conformance withstandard operating procedures.
+ Maintains safety and qualitystandards at all times. Initiates and follows emergency procedures whennecessary
+ Routinely measure parts againstspecifications to ensure they are within allowed tolerances using variousmeasuring devices
+ Operate fork trucks andmotorized equipment
+ Perform basic maintenance
+ Perform area patrols to visuallyinspect, monitor equipment and process conditions to ensure compliancewith standard operating procedures and environmental regulations
The following arerequired:
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Basic math and computer skillsincluding Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
+ Demonstrated team player andresults driven
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong written and verbal communicationskills
+ Willing and able to wearrequired PPE (personal protective equipment) such as steel toes, hardhat, respirator,protective eyewear, face shields, etc.
+ Willing and able to lift up to35 lbs.
+ Willing and able to stand forextended periods of time, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, reach overhead,climb stairs, and work in elevated heights
+ Willing and able to workrotating shifts and overtime including weekends/holidays when required

The following arepreferred:
+ Associate’s Degree (A.S. inMechanical or Materials Engineering Technology, or related discipline)
+ Previous experience in amanufacturing, military, or related role
+ Strong mechanical skills(knowledge of standard hand tools)
+ Six sigma experience
+ Previous milling and/orcompression molding experience
+ Previous inspection/QAexperience
+ Previous extrusionexperience
