We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.

responsibilities:

THE EVERYDAY VIEW

+ Conduct monthly/quarterly close process, accruals, journal entries and inter-company journal entries

+ Prepare all balance sheet reconciliations

+ Review all tax provisions for new customers and ensure all filings are addressed accordingly

+ Ensure all accounting processes follow implemented internal controls

+ Support and liaise quarterly internal audits

+ Prepare monthly B/S and P/L variance analysis and related supporting schedules

+ Prepare specialized month-end reports

+ Review and comprehend customer settlement reconciliations process

+ Assist with any additional ad hoc requests

qualifications:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

+ CPA or CPA track

+ 3+ experience

+ Public Accounting experience

+ Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word

+ Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Strong organizational ability

+ Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
