+ Support Americas SalesExecution

+ Support short-termsales execution with sense of urgency and “can do” attitude.

+ Provide in-depthdata analysis and insight to NA Sales Leader & Project Success Leader onperformance of North America Distribution Channel.

+ Constant eye forprocess improvement and stream-lining

+ Accountable forbusiness run-&-maintain tasks like:

+ Manage process tomeasure monthly distributor purchasing trends versus forecast (SETP)

+ Analyze distributorforecast accuracy and present results to channel managers.

+ Support weekly OL (SETP)process with NA Channel data

+ Maintain distributor & direct sales customer contractrenewals.

+ Provide assistance in the management of customers whopurchase off-spec Corian® Design products.

+ Develop key data insights for distributor quarterlybusiness reviews. / Maintain and communicate channel performance KPI’s

EnableGrowth in New Spaces

+ Territory/Sales/Segments analysis to reveal local insights to leverage to Externaland Inside Sales teams.

+ Develop insight driven initiatives from distributorsales-to-market data set/Make tacticalrecommendations.

+ Develop market share insight at the fabricatorlevel based on distributors STM data set.

ImproveCustomer Experience

+ Focus on pleasing the customer (Distributor Channel) byconstantly looking for process improvements through automation, simplification,or elimination.

+ Proactively work with our distributor partners to identifyimprovements in value chain like logistics and inventory management.

+ Proactively work with our distributor partners to simplifyor eliminate our internal processes. Serve on various project teams

+ thatsupport key initiatives where the Channel is impacted or supported

Perform additional duties as required



+ BS degree

+ Excellentverbal and written communication, especially with virtual teams

+ Peopleorientation – drives engagement & accountability

+ Customerorientation, business insight & understanding of market drivers

+ Executionorientation – drives fast results, take ownership of own work, movesquickly to seize opportunities


+ MBA, or business-related degree

+ Inside Sales, Sales or customer-facing experience

knowledge: Microsoft Office Proficient, Tableau, CRM tools, SAP, &
