The Implementation Readiness (" IR ") organisation is a key stakeholder in the product launch process. They work directly with all functional stakeholders during the product launch & client delivery process to ensure best in class client on-boarding solutions are delivered in line with TTS’ core product design principles: “simple, global, digital”. During the product launch process, the IR Manager works with stakeholders across product management, risk, operations & technology to ensure the right client on-boarding model is designed and underlying business & functional requirements accurately locked down. They remain fully engaged through the testing, piloting and commercialisation phases to ensure client facing teams are fully prepared and deliver best client experience. Key Responsibilities: Constant engagement with the product organization to proactively assess the emerging product development pipeline & any potential client on-boarding implications. Work with product management, Operations, Technology, and other internal stakeholders during the product design & launch process to ensure all new products & services have robust, best in class “client-centric” on-boarding processes (“simple, global, digital”). Collaborate with internal partners to overcome technical/procedural roadblocks & decisively lead the escalation process where material risk to the client or franchise exists. Review, contribute to & approve requirements and design for all new product launches from a client on-boarding perspective. Coordinate with regional Implementation partners to ensure that regional teams are fully prepared to onboard clients for new products/ solutions. Centrally maintain oversight of all Readiness related programs. Ensure all key stakeholders have visibility on Implementation Readiness program progress & risks throughout the product launch lifecycle. Continuously review legacy on-boarding processes & proactively re-engineer in line with digitisation principles. Ensure accurate on-going maintenance and review of Implementations reference materials: implementation guides, process maps; Collaborate with Regional partners across the globe on this task. Lead the on-boarding work stream during the product launch process through comprehensive communication & training programs across the implementation organization. . Design & facilitate the client pilot process. Support implementation managers during the pilot phase. Consolidate & share feedback from pilots into the development teams to ensure key enhancements are delivered. Comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives when developing procedures. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: Deep knowledge of the core product range – Payments, commercial cards and Trade solutions Proven track record delivering complex technology, change management & process re-engineering programs. Product development experience. Project or Program Management skills. Process design/ re-engineering experience Client facing experience & Client centricity. Good understanding of corporate treasury clients. Proven leadership background. Ability to leverage organizational network to deliver material results. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Proven ability to communicate equally effectively with junior & senior stakeholders. Proven ability to effectively influence stakeholders & get broad “buy in” for organisational, technical or procedural change. Strong partnership orientation – proven ability to overcome challenges with partners collaboratively & also hold partners/colleagues to account for accurate delivery. Flexibility – ability to manage a large & varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity & composition). Strong Control awareness and analytical approach. Results orientation. Strong execution skills. Attention to detail & diligence. Highly energetic & positive with a proven ability to work independently (self-starter). Qualifications: 7+ years’ experience in related field. Graduate degree preferred Project Management Certification (PMI / PRINCE2) desired Process Re-engineering (Lean Six Sigma) desired
