Job Details

Bachelor of Science

Minimum Education, Experience, Licensure and Certifications:

Minimum

Preferred

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Sciences field with relevant clinical specialty in Nursing, Radiology, Cardiovascular technology

MS in business or health care related field

Experience

Three years of hospital or outpatient clinical coordinator or progressive management and administrative experience required to include operational and capital budget development, productivity monitoring, performance monitoring and recruitment programming.

Five years of Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology experience with recent experience in the management of invasive and interventional cardiac applications.

Licensure/Certification

ACLS; Certification related to specialty- RCIS, RCES, CNML ,ARRT, NE-BC.

Computer Software Knowledge

Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring applications Knowledgeable of relevant cardiology database applications, ACC, Microsoft Word and Excel

Special Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

+ Ability to develop, plan, monitor, and analyze financial indicators.

+ Demonstrated expertise in Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology billing and coding applications.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with physicians, IT systems analysts, and vendors.

+ Knowledge of CMS regulations, RAC, Joint Commission, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

+ Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
