What’s The Story?
Since opening in 2004, High 5 Hospitality, LLC (H5H) operated restaurants have shown steady sales increases and have expanded to over 600 Team Members. H5H now operates eight Buffalo Wild Wings franchises in Bear, Middletown, Dover, Newark, Rehoboth Beach, and Wilmington, DE and in Salisbury and Bel Air, MD. In August 2014, they purchased a restaurant in Newark, DE and after operating a short time reopened as the Stone Balloon Alehouse. In July 2018, H5H opened its’ 3rd brand, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon. In July 2019, Eggspectation opened as H5H’s 4th brand and 11th restaurant.
Our Servers are Guest-focused, Team-focused, and Community-connected. Servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our Guests. Each server’s primary objective is to exceed our Guest’s expectations to ensure they will want to return again and again. Team Members in this role will lead by example – enthusiastic, “can do” attitude a must. Each shift, the expectation is to WOW our fellow Team Members by providing the same respect, positive encouragement and fair treatment within the organization that we expect Team Members to share externally with every Guest.

Read table to provide a unique, personalized experience to Guests through personal connections and genuine interactions with the ability to remain professional.
Inform Guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions pertaining to the food and beverage menus and be prepared to make suggestions when asked.
Enter orders in POS system for transmittal to kitchen staff and in proper sequence and appropriate chargers.
Check Guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Serve food and/or beverages to appropriate Guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction.
Address Guest concerns – inform Manager on Duty as needed.
Correctly enter all orders and requests in POS system for accurate inventory and communication with Heart of House.
Become a subject matter expert of menu items.
Collect and accurately process Guest payments by handling money, making necessary changes and processing credit card transactions.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
Bus tables and ensure marketing materials and menus are positioned properly.
Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Attend mandatory quarterly meetings.
Clear and open communication with Team Members and Management a must.
Minimum 18 years of age.
Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must be able to maintain the sequence of service so different courses are served at the proper time.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20-25 lbs.
Ability to access online scheduling app.
