RoleSummary

Corteva Agriscience is looking for a
Lead Developer to be part of the IT Digital Marketing and eCommerce Product
Team with a focus on EDI Automation. This Lead Developer will participate in a
cross-functional, global team environment as a member of the IT Commercial
organization. In this role he/she will be responsible for digitizing the order
to cash, logistics, and warehouse management processes between Corteva and our
external partners using EDI standards and our SAP system.

KeyResponsibilities & Accountabilities

+ Collaboratewith business partners, business process experts (BPE), customer servicerepresentatives (CSR), and warehouse & logistics team members to design anddevelop EDI automation solutions

+ Identifyand implement configuration needs across systems to integrate with existingsystems

+ Assistthe BPE in translation of business requirements for our third-party partners

+ Performunit and integration testing and work with QA and BPE to facilitate useracceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of solutions

+ Createtechnical documentation for maintenance and ongoing understanding of ourintegration with external partners

+ Provideassistance in troubleshooting production issues escalated from our serviceteams

+ Provide inputand guidance on future needs for EDI automation

+ Workwith cross-functional global teams and externally contracted vendor resourcesto accomplish goals of the project

+ Ensureproject implementation results in a reliable, high-quality technical solution

+ Serve asthe technical representative for AgGateway on establishing EDI messagingstandards

Qualifications

Position Requirements

+ Ability to communicate effectively with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

+ Knowledge of enterprise systems and applications with hands-on experience in design and implementation

+ Deep understanding of relationships between business processes and SAP data, tables, and business documents

+ Experience implementing EDI messaging standards such as EDIFACT, ChemXML, ANSI X12, and AgGateway standards

+ Knowledge of SAP setup for Order to Cash, message flow, IDOCs, and PO connectivity.

+ In-depth understanding of EDI related system tools in SAP ECC – Partner profiles/ field mapping/ output conditions/ batch jobs/ interfaces/ etc.

+ Experience working with Value Added Networks, Elemica, GSX, Order Entry, Order Management, and Warehouse Management

+ Strong analysis and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

+ Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

+ Ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines and customer needs. Ability to communicate effectively with strong oral, written, and presentation skills.

Experience and Education Requirements

+ 5 years of Software Engineering experience

+ 5 years working with large enterprise platforms and technologies for e-business solutions

+ 5 years’ experience with Elemica, SAP, and EDI message queuing or similar technologies

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
