Enrollment Desk Administrator- Wilmington, DE

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time, temporary Enrollment Desk Administrator position for our client, one of the world’s leading insurance companies, at its location in Wilmington, DE.

Pay rate: $16.50/hour

Schedule: This is a full-time, 1st shift position

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:


+ Review broker enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy\t

+ Manage high volumes of correspondence through multiple folders and mailboxes in Outlook\t

+ Maintain account records\t

+ Prepare ad hoc reports as needed\t

+ Assign policy issuances to the processing team via an inventory management system\t

+ Communicate with brokers and underwriters to validate information or follow up for needed information or approvals



+ Strong verbal and written communication skills\t

+ Multi-tasking, customer service and interpersonal skills\t

+ Ability to keep information organized and confidential\t

+ Ability to work quickly and adapt to changing information\t

+ Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel\t

+ Experience with inventory management systems is a plus\t

+ High school diploma or GED required\t

+ 1-2 years’ related experience required

Term of Assignment:


+ One-year contract position; possibility of extension
