Job Description

As a

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and
capabilities, including:

+ BS/BAdegree or equivalent experience

+ Advancedknowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

+ Understandingof architecture and design across all systems

+ Workingproficiency in developmental toolsets

+ Abilityto collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firmto accomplish common goals

+ Proficiencyin one or more general purpose programming languages such as: Spark, Java,Python, R and/or other functional programming skills.

+ Experiencein building Big Data technologies and utilities is required (Hive, Impala), buildingapplications using Spark/Scala frameworks.Experience with MPP databases (Postgres, Greenplum). Ability totroubleshoot issues and develop functions in an MPP environment is highlydesired

+ Understandingof AWS and at least hands on experience working in projects with AWS.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and test-driven development.Experience utilizing and extending ETLsolutions in a complex, high-volume data environment is highly desired

+ SQLexperience and ETL development is required.Sound understanding of continuous integration & continuousdeployment environments.Experience inconnecting and building application program interfaces (APIs) or messagingsoftware and interoperability techniques and standards

+ Stronganalytical skills with a passion for testing.Excellent problem solving and debugging skills

+ Exposurein Data Management, Governance and Controls functions a plus

+ Technicaland quantitative reasoning skills with regard to marketing data is a plus.
