Job Responsibilities
Pennoni is currently looking for an Associate Land Development Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:
Analyze data to plan and design projects
Prepare and submit permits to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations
Prepare base files, plan exhibits, construction documentation, and detailed design drawings for an array of land development and civil engineering projects
Prepare design from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematic
Prepare working drawings from conceptual plans, entitlement documents, planning documents, through engineering construction documents and construction record drawings
