Job Description:

This position is a Client Reporting Analyst III on the Consumer, Small Business, and Preferred Rewards reporting team within the Performance Measurement & Reporting organization. The Consumer, Small Business, and Preferred Rewards reporting team provides data and reporting solutions which support Consumer Products, Small Business Product & Lending, as well as Preferred Rewards & Life Priorities LOB’s. This includes:

• Responsible for automating ETL processing from data acquisition through data staging for use.

• Frequent client engagement with peers and managers is required as part of day to day work.

• Participates in client meetings to understand needs and occasionally is asked to contribute specialized knowledge.

• Seen as having good working experience, knows data and business well.

• Handles multiple priorities at once and possesses strong communication skills.

• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and consistently shows initiative

Responsibilities:

As a Client Reporting Analyst III you will provide insights into process design, build and implement an ETL & Data Quality Framework. You should have demonstrable expert-level ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), development experience. The candidate should also have strong experience with Large RDBMS/Data Warehousing platforms. As an ETL Developer you will work as part of a small ETL and Reporting Team to deliver automated reporting solutions. This role will also require the individual to have strong business communication & collaborative experience and you should posses the ability to form positive relationships with peers and peer teams. As well as working closely with business partners to define strategies for project and reporting solutions, assist in determining requirements and developing functional designs based on analysis of the business objectives. Prepare and maintain documentation to ensure requirements are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
