Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Developer- HR (Job Number: 208011W-01)



an EAI developer, you will be a key member of the Human Resource Solution
Delivery competency. You will participate in strategic project initiatives as a
subject matter expert to gather requirements and develop interfaces between SAP
systems, Non-SAP systems, and external partner systems. You will provide
connectivity and integration using concepts such as XML data mapping,
transformation, JDBC, REST/SOAP API and other modern integration standards
leveraging SAP PO and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools.

Your keyresponsibilities:

+ Collaboratewith project team members as a key subject matter expert for EnterpriseApplication Integration

+ Developinterfaces as part of project deliverables following DuPont’s EnterpriseApplication Integration standards

+ REST/SOAPWeb Service Development

+ APIManagement

+ Interfacedevelopment using standard and custom connectors within SAP PO and within theSAP Cloud Platform Integration iPaaS solution

+ Identificationand implementation of standard SAP BAPI and IDOC objects as part of overallinterface design

+ SAPABAP/4 RFC development

+ Performtechnical unit testing to ensure interfaces operate within functionalspecifications

+ Provideprospective projects with rough estimates of effort and duration based onhigh-level requirements

+ Provideknowledge transfer to service delivery teams as part for transition tooperational support


Your qualification profile:

+ Bachelor’sDegree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture,Electronics or a technology related field

+ Excellentcustomer-facing communication skills

+ Abilityto translate customer’s functional requirements into a technical solution

+ IntegrationPlatform and tools – SAP Process Orchestration (PO), SAP ABAP Workbench, SAPCloud Platform Integration (CPI)

+ Experiencewith Cloud iPaaS platforms, custom API development and the ability to pick upnew technical skills quickly

+ Experiencein middleware and enterprise integration including XML/XSLT, DataTransformation, Integration Infrastructure, API Gateway, and Web Services(REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL)

+ Musthave a working understanding of security and encryption standards such as SAML,XACML, MASSL, OAUTH, SSH, TLS, SSL, PGP, etc.

+ Experiencewith major connection ports/protocols, including HTTPS, SFTP, AS2, JMS, SMB

+ Ability to design, develop, document, andtransition enterprise solutions utilizing design patterns, referencearchitectures, and best practices

+ Working knowledge of and experience integratingwith SAP HR/HCM

+ Prior experience with WorkDay integration desiredbut not required

+ Experience integrating interface monitoring intoSAP Solution Manager

+ Knowledgeable in Linux/Unix and Windows commandline execution and scripting

+ Independentjudgement and problem-solving skills to solve highly-complex integrations in ahybrid environment of on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and externalpartner systems

+ Musttake initiative on projects as a subject matter expert with minimal guidance
