Job Description

CMS & FN Inc seeks 4 temp FT Warehouse Workers from 4/1/20-12/31/20. Duties: load & unload hay & straw. Employer will provide worker, w/o charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, & equip req to perform duties assigned. No exp. req. Be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Worksite 104 Alan Dr, Newark, DE 19711& other sites in Newcastle County. $15.30/hr Mon-Sun; days and shifts vary; 40 hrs/wk. Shifts 7am-8pm. OT may be avail. @ $22.95/hr. Employer guarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paid bi-weekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment w/ another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $12.46p/day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 p/day with receipts.
