LANDSCAPE LABORER (5) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/20-12/7/20, Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, for Green Blade Irrigation & Turf LLC at multiple worksites within Kent County in DE. Workers are responsible for transportation to the designated pick up location in Magnolia DE, Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from Magnolia DE, 3 Months experience required/ no edu. req’d. 40hr/wk. Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, $14.32 hr OT $21.48/hr ,Overtime and Weekends required. Single workweek computation, Pd biweekly by check. All payroll deductions taken, required by law. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $12.46 p/day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
